I'm back and going strong!

Hi everyone!

I'm 48 years old and determined to lose this weight once and for all!

I hate that my BMI doesn't even show on the FitBit scale...yet. (It is going down.)

9/20/13: Lost 30.5 lbs
25% of my goal!! Woo-Hoo!

My Program:
Tracking my calories and averaging 1,200/day.

Increased my activity by taking at least 10K steps per day, 30 minutes (at least) which are highly active. (Cardio)

Some strength training.

Thanks for the link. I like your set-up better than in the picture they give where the padded noseband is dropping too low. I may make my own to fit my bridle.
