I hear ya, I'm pretty much in the same boat. The last few times I wanted to lose weight I wasn't quite motivated enough. I still wanted to be able to eat whatever I wanted. Silly, silly me. But now I'm back to tracking my calories and trying to make healthier choices. So far so good. I've worked out 13 days out of the last 14. So that's pretty good. And I've been in my calorie range most days. Last week's weigh in was the first time the scale's gone down in a while. It was nice to see the numbers going down instead of up. Here's to hoping the downward trend continues. I'm also trying really hard not to "diet." I'm trying to be realistic so I can stick with it.
