To Lean When One Needs To.....

I've reached the big 3-0 and am worried about weight loss issues..it's already so hard to lose as it is. Last year was pretty much a big flop. I did go to the gym everyday for three months, but produced zero results on the scale. I was fed up and gave up. Through out the year I did little to help myself. (I figure if I'm brutally honest with myself just maybe I will get with the program and stay with it.)

Support is a BIG issue for me, I don't have family support, etc. Basically ...

In the past that has worked well for me. I'm just really worried about my health...and scared of failure. I'm now almost back to my starting weight and well..it's embarrassing.

Welcome to the 300+team. 300 is such a BIG number but if we persevere, focus and motivate one another we can reach our goals!
We have so much of life ahead of us and it is so much better to work on ourselves and reach for our goals.
We can do it-- we are worth the effort!
All we can do is take it one day, one bite, one pound at a time.
