I want to be healthy and active, I never realized how precious good health was until I lost it, but I believe I can regain it

I am a retired nurse, I have 5 children and 3grands, my husband is pretty grand too, I love college basketball, AND FOOTBALL, THE RED SOX ARE MY FAVORITE BASEBALL TEAM AND BOSTON IS MY FAVORITE CITY, I LOVE TO CROCHET BLANKETS

its been a week I've lost a pound, have learned a lot about the foods I eat, promised my sister I would do this for a month, I enjoy the feedback and the spark coach page

May I suggest that you do a SparkTeam search and look for teams in some of your areas of interest, join and hang out for a while. See what motivation you find, what friends you make and if the team is a match for you. If it is, you're home! If not, feel free to leave the team and move on. This journey is all about YOU!

Your story sounds just like mine. I also am 66 have a hubby and am working on my weight and exercise. I am taking off the weight slowly and keeping it off. I am exercising daily, almost.
So glad you have a spark page left you a little spark goodie.
