    well, I did what I always do. I quit on myself.But this is the time that I decide I am worth giving it another try.I realize last time, I spent way too much time on the social aspect of this site, and not "working the real program", then i was upset that I didnt see the results like everyone else was. But this time I feel it is gonna be different. I will do me exercise before I get on the message boards. emoticon I do deserve this, but I have to do the work, It took a while to get like this, and it will take a longer while to go back to a healthy weight.
