Thanks for stopping by my blog. YOu had such good points there - I know the weighing thing is driving me crazy to be addicted to it - its so weird I never thought I'd be addicted to a scale! LOL
And I LOVE your point about not knowing if tomorrow is the day that I can really see the difference - so I can't quit. I bet thats true - it was that way when I was pregnant - I just woke up one day & was huge from the previous day with noone being able to notice. It must work the same way. LOL

I just now took some pictures of myself (face) and I WILL NOT post them-I look terrible. I can't believe I've lived like this for sooo long! I am ready to see a better looking me.I'm going to add you as a friend so I can keep up on you! Stick with it whatever you do- just don't quit! Are you able to find inner peace? This is a difficult task for many of us since the world is so busy and often frantic around us. In order to maintain good personal health it is necessary to think about inner peace. Find ways to reflect on your life and accept the things you cannot change. Meditation and breathing exercises can often help you calm your body down and find inner peace. If you cannot be at peace with yourself, it will be hard to be at peace at all...remember this as you try to become a more peaceful person.
Hey sweet girl! Thanks for adding me as a friend! We have some goals to hit this year, and I'd love to share that journey with you! Let's get it done this year! Our best days are ahead of us, I promise you! A year ago I was 80 lbs. heavier and felt miserable. Today, I have oodles of energy, fit into clothing I haven't worn since college, and I'm getting ready to run a half marathon! Oh, my how life can change!

Click on week one and post were you are at in your training. This is a great way to meet others who are in the same phase of training as you. Some of my best friends were in my training week one and we worked through the program together sharing victories, questions, comments, and ideas. I look forward to learning more about you. I will be popping in on the Weeks 1 - 3 training to help answer any questions that might pop up and to cheer you on to your goals! Be blessed! Be a runner!
