Hello all, I am Dalixia and I have been overweight all my adult life. When I was a teenager I always thought I was sooo fat... and little by little I kept putting on more weight... now I am in the obese side of the BMI and I would absolutely love to be at the same weight that I had when "I thought I was fat", because I was a gorgeous girl -with really low self esteem. When I see my pictures, I cannot believe that was me... Well, I quit dieting long time ago, and I have been making small changes ...

When I see my pictures, I cannot believe that was me... Well, I quit dieting long time ago, and I have been making small changes for a healthier lifestyle. However, they have not been enough for me to get to a healthier weight. I joined SP a on 10/2009 and didn't spend much time here. August 12, 2010 I joined a gym and started being an active SP. I have found a lot of motivation and wonderful stories. I feel we have much in common and will be sharing my journey with you. Thanks for sharing yours.

My Program:
Have breakfast
Drink plenty of water
Portion control
Exercise at least 3Xweek
Cardio, swimming and strength training.
Drink only water at restaurants
Avoid empty calories

I have been living in Arizona for almost 10 years.

Goals:
This is more like a guideline, 2.5%~ of my weight/month, but as long as I keep losing inches and/or pounds, I don't mind how long it takes : )
