It's time to lose the fatty!

I've started a 'healthier' lifestyle goal hundreds of times. This time I am going to commit until I am in the healthy BMI range. Every year at work I set annual goals, which I strive to meet, because raises and promotions are dependent on successfully meeting those goals. This year I am going to apply the same commitment to my weight loss goals.

My Goals:
I have a long term goal to lose enough weight to have a healthy BMI...111 pounds within a year.

I would like to learn how to stay motivated to live a healthy life style. I want this to be something that put first each and every day. Including, exercise and nutrition.

My Program:
Right now I am following the plan selected for me by SP.
This includes nutrition, exercise, and mini goals.

I'm hoping to start a challenge in a month.

Thanks for all the info. I love the ocean but don't live near it any longer. I live on a small lake at the end of the road. I walk down maybe 4 houses to our beach rights dock and swim area. Don't swim cause of weeds in the water just past the edge of the dock. I walk the woods with husband and dog. I smell like a camp fire all winter as we burn wood. I ride an exercise bike do the walk away the pounds videos and some other easy ones. Trying to see what I can do now that my 2 surgeries on back are done. I have one grown son 23 whose screwing up his life he left the good girl he had a daughter with and hardly sees his daughter and my son isn't working or trying and lives I don't know where. It upsets me and I am working on not letting his life ruin mine and I have to face the facts before he grows up he will probably not be in his daughter's life! I took care of everyone else in the family and ran around for them and it took me awhile to learn I did not want to be everyones door mat and they finally realize it now! It's better. I don't want to go up again I have done it in 2007, 2010 and 2012 I want this to be a permanent loss and a permanent mind set of healthy eating and exercise daily forever! Thanks friend. I went for a 42 minute hike and feel great off to the farm stand now!

I feel you are a friend. I would like to be your Long distance buddy. I can really use the friendship. I am a sappy 50 year old who needs to lose 70 pounds still! I do love the background in your photo.
