Call Me Dee

Returning to SparkPeople was one of the best decisions I made in 2012.

I hit my goal weight 12/31/12 and it was the best way to end the year. I maintained my goal weight all of 2013 and to celebrate it I joined the At Goal & Maintaining + Transition to Maintenance team.

Motto for 2014: I am an adult! (And will therefore think and act like one, when my inner 3 year old wants to take over!)

January- Hit my Daily Steps Goal 25/31 days; Finish Korean American Day Maintenance with center weight of 120 lbs- Ended out of range at 126 lbs; Start Tubilustrium Maintenance Challenge with center weight of 121 lbs- Started within range at 124 lbs; workout 5 days/week (with at least 2 gym workouts)- 3/4 weeks; Eat within range 5/7 days/week (according to the Differential Report)- Goal met; Eat 1 chocolate snack/day- I had 6 days this month that I went a bit over board.

February- Continue Tubilustrium Maintenance Challenge with center weight of 121 lbs- ended the month out of range at 126 lbs; Workout 5 days/week (with at least 2 gym days; 3 two-a-days/back-to-back classes) 2/4 weeks; Eat within range 6 days/week (according to the Differential Report) 1/4 weeks; Eat 1 chocolatey snack/day- lost track of this goal; Earn the 2,500 Monthly Fitness Minutes Award- Didn't earn it

March- Finish Tubilustrium Maintenance Challenge with center weight of 121 lbs- ended out of range at 127 lbs; Workout 5 days/week- goal met (with at least 2 gym days- goal met; 3 two-a-days/back-to-back classes- 2/4 weeks); Eat within range 5 days/week- 0/4 weeks; Earn the 2,500 Monthly Fitness Minutes Award- Didn't earn it

April- Parent's Day Maintenance Challenge with a center weight of 125 lbs: I disqualified myself for reporting a false weight in week one; Workout 4 days/week: 4/4 weeks; Do at least 2 Body Pump classes a week: 1/4 weeks; Eat within range 5 days/week: 1/4 weeks

May- Go to the gym 3 days/week- 3/4 weeks; Do 2 Body Pump classes/week- 2/4 weeks; Eat within range 5 days/week- 1/4 weeks; Eat 1 serving of chocolate/day- did ok

June- Monthly Challenges (with the exception of the 1st week due to getting over a bug): International Biodiesel Maintenance Challenge with a center weight of 128 lbs; Eat within range 6 days/week; Do 2 Body Pump classes/week; Go to the gym 3 days/week; Eat 1 serving of chocolate/day

YES! I LOVE chips and salsa and I LOVE Tex mex. I was really disappointed last night though...the food was not good! I guess it was a good thing that i got full on the chips and salsa. I ordered a chicken fajita salad and they put italian dressing on my salad...with beans and corn and avocado. Italian dressing on that is really nasty. I had told them no dressing so i sent it back, but it was still not too tasty. I asked my hubs how his was and he said that my cooking is way better. Tonight we go to another mexican restaurant for my birthday dinner but this one is SOOOOO good and really affordable! It also has a fantastic view, so I am more than happy to make up for my crappy dinner last night!
