The Journey Begins

I've fallen off the wagon and want to get back on. My goal will be to learn how to eat healthier by making better choices and to get into an exercise program that is so much fun it motivates me and makes me really WANT to exercise.

i really thought i would like "dance" exercise, and, figured maybe i'd learn some cool moves

well, i rented a couple of dance exercise dvds, wow, not for me

i'm just not coordinated again, i have no idea what they're doing, or how!

i also have cable, so there's exercise on demand, that's a great way to try things out

i do wish i thought i'd like to run, cuz, i guess i'd like to tackle it, spose cuz i don't think i can do it, but, i haven't tried, afraid of failure? maybe, really afraid of an injury!

sheesh, i've been here over a year and a half-- so it's been a long time learning-- it's truly the determination to get healthy

i'm still fighting some of the emotional stuff- lots of bad habits that bring me comfort-- so i have to find an alternative- haven't found a good one yet

suspect some of this will truly be forever
