I believe that being fit will make me a happier person and am determined to get where I want to be.

I'm always setting weight loss goals and putting myself on a time schedule, but then eventually, always let myself down. Anyway, I'm not going to do that anymore. I've decided to embark on a fitness journey (rather than weight loss this time) and to not beat myself up over missteps. I am determined to become a healthier person.

My Goals:
I want to be healthy. I want to be fit. I want to be athletic. I want to be HOT!


My Program:
Well...I'm going to try working out daily and eating less and a little more healthy. I already like a lot of healthy foods and eat whole wheat bread, drink tons of water, and I love fruits and veggies. I'm going to try only small portions of the not-so-good stuff that I like.

I love to eat. Just do. Yummy food makes me happy. I need to quit that. I was thinking I didn't have an emotional tie to eating because I don't eat when I'm depressed or lonely or whatever. But I guess I do because it makes me happy and I like it. That's an emotional tie, right? Hehe. In any case, I'm trying to reprogram myself to think of food as fuel and that my body needs to be worked on. Daily. I'm not going to deprive myself though. I'd go crazy watching my family enjoy food that I can't. Hopefully I can learn portion control and realize I only need a taste rather than a sick-full feeling.
