I have a very demanding job and work long hours meaning that I'm not looking after myself as I should and the pounds have piled on as a result. Being overweight has really knocked me but I'm not going to put my life on hold any longer. I'm looking at losing 20lbs and will start with the Maple Syrup Diet just to kick start the process :o)
