Historically, I have put myself on "diets" and moaned, groaned and complained to being deprived... I had DIET RAGE! This time it is different. My positive attitude is what is different for me this time. ELIMINATING EXCUSES is my motto... Only positive thoughts and motivational attitudes...it’s the elusive key to weight-loss success and a happy life!

Hi Colleen, just working my way through a catch up on all the team. I'm so with you on that "can't find anything that fits" feeling. Remember you're at interim stage, just like when you were going through your pregnancy, but in reverse, LOL. Keep up the fitness that you got going at the end of BLC 15 and you'll soon get back to normality.
