My goal is to lose 35-40 pounds and then to maintain.

Track food daily

Exercise regularly

Be accountable

Personal Information:
I work at a University as a Student Services Coordinator.

I am a Christian.

I have 3 children, 1 biological son, 1 step-son, and 1 step-daughter.

My step-son has 2 sons.

My step-daughter has a little girl.

My son's girlfriend has a son that we completely claim as one of our grandbabies.

So, we have a total of 4 grandchildren. What Joy!!!!

Other Information:
I love to read and to me a special treat is going to the movies, and yes the movie popcorn!

I try to exercise regularly and for the past few months have been doing spinning classes for 2 days each week as part of my work-out routine. I am trying to be more consistent with my strength training.
