Here is my story. I started Weight Watchers back in July 2009 when I was at my heaviest 223. I lost 40 pounds in a year. Once I got to 183 something happened - I couldn't lose more weight. I don't know if I was afraid to lose the weight and that is what was keeping me from continuing my weight loss journey. After two years of gaining and losing the same 10 pounds I knew something had to change. My clothes were getting tighter and I didnt want to go back to point I was at 3 years prior. So ...

After two years of gaining and losing the same 10 pounds I knew something had to change. My clothes were getting tighter and I didnt want to go back to point I was at 3 years prior. So I decided to try the 17 day diet and I am finally under 180 so I was able to break through that road block I was on. I feel great about this process. I think my overall goal is to be 155. If I lose more than that that would be great but I will thrilled with 155.

Are you interested or committed?
People who are interested in losing weight:
Stick with it until something better comes along.
Take action only if they feel like doing it.
Need to see results in order to stay motivated.
Blame people or circumstances for their struggles.
Easily give up when they face challenges.

People who are committed to losing weight:
Stick with their plans no matter what!
Take action whether they feel like doing it or not!
Assume if they stay motivated, results will follow!
Take responsibility for their own actions!
Keep going inspite of challenges and setbacks!

Hi Daisy, Just thought I'd say Hi. I was wondering how much you've lost with the 17 day diet and in what amount of time it has taken you. I'm just finishing my first C1 cycle ever. Looks like you have done really well. :)
