Kudos to you for joining us here on the Raw Foodies Team. This will be one of the best decisions you have ever made. Sparkers come here and join this great team for a multitude of reasons. They may be curious about the health benefits of Raw Food and join to learn all about eating Raw. Many join for the weight loss. Many join the Team for a Detox. There are a great many people who do the Raw Food Diet as a Detox but then they realize how alive they feel and how the pounds melted away so effortlessly they decide to continue to eat this way. There are others who will join this Team for the health benefits of a Raw Food Diet. A diet based on raw food can reverse diabetes, arthritis (I personally have experienced this. I went off all of my arthritis meds after only a few weeks), heart disease, cancer (that is how I became involved with the Raw Food Diet when my sister was diagnosed with Lymphoma), eliminates migraines, the list goes on and on.

So join us and learn how to make the transition from SAD (Standard American Diet) to a healthy Raw Food Diet. You will be happy you did!

Great job and kudos to you for trying it out! =] Those bodyrock workouts are seriously TOUGH! Go slow and work your way into it =] And luckily for beginners now they're posting beginner videos! Just keep push push pushing! =] Becoming fit is absolutely the direct result from consistency and all those small daily efforts! We all have our bad days/weeks/months but what really matters is rising again after each failure =] Great quote I want to share with you, it's a quote I've read every single day for a lonnnng time.

Take it to heart! And rise lady, rise! =]

Hey there! Thanks for the add and welcome to sparkpeople!!! I see you're part of the bodyrock group also! Have you done many of the workouts? I'm totally addicted =] (maybe that's not the best word to use.. SOLD might be better =p) But they all ROCK!

Hey there!- I have been on here for over a year now, and have lost 30 pounds...now i am switching my focus and want to see how far I can push my body...starting a bodybuilding program today! ...lol I have been doing strictly Crossfit and running for the past 2 years...we will see how it goes...Great to hae on board!
