My Goals:
1. Drink 4 glasses of water a day then add 1 glass each week. my reason is i find it hard to drink 8 glasses a day so i thought i would work my way up to 8.
2. Measure my portions.
3. Workout every day.
4. Write in my journal.


My Program:
I am going to focus on eating more fruits and vegetables and drink more water.
I will watch and measure my portions.
I will exercise everyday.
I will write in a journal every night.

Personal Information:
Canada born! One day i hope to go to Trinidad for a visit during the carnival they hold every year.

My reward to myself -
I am giving myself $1.00 for each lb I lose. I am saving this for new clothes.
