Hello, I'm Gina from North Alabama. I turned 39 in August (2007). I'm stuck in a rut in weight plus I weight more than ever. I have become concerned about my future so I'm going to change my way of thinking about food and excerise.

I have been going to workout three times a week since January (2007). I have gained muscle but go back and forth in inches. I push myself to go when all I want to do is go home. I'm proud when I finished that I made myself workout . My cholesterol is lower than it has been in several years. Note: I didn't loose pounds until I started SparkPeople!

My motivation: Is to take it one day at a time because it has it's up and downs as well as life. I'm the only one who can control my outlook with the help of MY SPARKPEOPLE.

*****Cholesterol is down to 117 as of August, 2008. The highest was 265. When I started Sparkpage it was close to 235.

My goal is to loose 15lbs more while working to keep my cholrestrol low. I want to feel better overall for myself if not for my family.

My Program:
Drink 8 glass of water a day

Take vitiamins everyday

Eat more fruits and veggies.

Watch my protions

Strengh training at Curves three times a week

Walk or exercies tapes on the days, I don't go to Curves.

Personal Information:
I am happily married and our baby is a dog named, Sugar. I love riding our Harley, reading, and spending time with our parents and friends.
