Hey girly! Did you work out last night? Are you a "looser"? Well, if you did I'm giving you props but if not then you should have! I'm glad for your new weight loss challenge. Hi friend! I love having the internet up again. Anyways thanks for the lunch ideas. I'm starting to get excited about packing my lunches. I came up with a few other ideas too (with a little help from the spark people nutrition section). Anyways wanna hear my ideas?

Whole wheat pitas, filled with turkey and lettuce and vegies.
cold cereal like granola
brown rice, ham and brocolli
baked potato (you'd like that one)
cold leftover chicken (not fried), or better yet, our yummy chicken fingers
hard boiled eggs
bean dip and healthy chips (in moderation)
apple sauce cups
yogurt
rasberries (did you know one cup has 8 grams of fiber?), cherries, strawberries etc.

Ok thats all Ive come up with now. I'm super duper excited to go grocery shopping. Lookout QFC here I come! Let me know if you think of anything else. Ive got a big list to choose from now. I'm going to post it in the cupboard that way I can see all my choices. Thanks friend. Have a great day!

Seriously I am so proud of you for working out everyday and getting moving. You are really an inspiration to me. I need that positive example. When you tell me about how good it feels and remind me of how much fun we had I want to get my butt off the couch and start movin! Anways Im proud of your effort! Keep it up. So, summer starts next week for work, and we have to pack super healthy lunches to be role models for the kids, so this is my opportunity to eat healthy.... but, i'm stuck cause I cant have anything that contains peanuts or tree nuts. So alot of granola bars are out and stuff like that. So I was wondering if you could help me come up with some healthy lunch items. I dont think we'll have a microwave so lean cuisines are out. What else could I take? We're supposed to have the main things like protine, fiber, etc... so if you could help me out that would be awesome! I'm going to the store this weekend so let me know any ideas you have. Thanks girl! Love ya and miss ya! ~Cherie

Morning sunshine! Ok so I just added more pictures on my page but most of them are super old ones, but I thought Id share them with you. They're all I have for right now since they were saved on Nicks computer. Ok, so todays going to be a good day. I want to keep adding stuff to my page but I'll have to do it later.
