Well I just jumped on here to get my grocery list for the week.. I hope you had a good weekend.. see you tomorrow for weigh in.. lol I hate weigh in's I just hate reminding myself of my weight.. I rather just do an initial weigh in and work at it till the end.. lol but see you tomorrow

Danoodle! It was so great to talk to you yesterday! I miss you lots and lots. I'm glad you'll be in Hawaii for a little longer cause I really do want to come see you. Maybe in the fall... Yesterday you said you had been working out again, are you still? I really need to start. I think this weekend I'm going to head to the Y and get a good workout in. I've been tracking my food and its been helping me see what I'm consuming, or actually what's consuming me! Its a start. Anyways, lets motivate each other, ok? I miss that! Have a beautiful day my dear!

Hello my darling! I got your message last night about your new diet. If anyone can do it, I know you can. You always put so much energy into it and you're really good about following the rules, so I believe in you. It does sound strict though. But you're bound to loose weight if you're walking 60 minutes a day and watching what you eat. I know it'll be good for you. Just remember to take it slow and stick with it until you see results.
