Hi There- I had to come introduce myself after I saw the photo of your beautiful 2 clowns on another spark member's page. They are are Great!! Love the "crazy" photo of them running on the beach.
I totally relate to being a Yo-Yo....spent my whole life putting weight on & taking it back off. "Enough already!" I have finally declared. Spark has made all the difference in me being able to keep motivated and keep my momentum going. What a gift! I too have always had a huge sweet tooth (teeth) & have done the cutting out carbs diets in the past. In January I learned about "Eating Clean" which has made a HUGE difference for me. I don't miss the refined sugars and I eat complex carbs with every meal & it keeps my metabolism going. Maybe it could be helpful to you. I wish you the best in reaching your weight loss & fitness goals. Together on Spark we can do it! Have a great Day! ~Amy
Don't tell me you LIVE in Hawaii???? How cute!!! You have an 'upside down' picture, just like mine!! I could get those shots nearly everyday!!! And I love the one in the water, running with eyes wide!!! Cute, cute!! I have a female fawn and a male brindle. Not much white on either one. Got my fawn, Shae when she was 6 weeks, and she'll be 2 yrs. in May. Kirby we got last August when he was around 7 months, in a shelter. Shae is very smart, dominant, stubborn and just seems like she understands the things I say to her. I really bonded with her. Kirby....on the other hand is a big dork!!! All he cares about is playing and rough housing with Shae!! He's afraid of people because he'd been abused before we got him. But he loves dogs and although he eats like a horse, he doesn't get heavy, unlike Shae. He is tall and leggy. When he's playing, he bounds around the yard, looking like a deer bouncing over the fields!! So funny! Thanks for the pics.........love them!! 3020 days ago
