Actually... I'm in the same boat that you are! I have been working out. Putting in up to 9 mile runs... starting my strength training again... etc. But I have been eating crap. If i keep feeding myself crap I'm going to keep looking like crap. So... yeah. And I've gained 3 lbs, so my ticker is actually lying... but today I'm going to start a new beginning. I'm going to track my food (that totally makes me lose weight! Even though it takes a lot of time and patience) and I'm going to go running. RIGHT NOW. I have to get to the 140's my graduation (mid-May)!!! Glad to know I'm not the only one that hitting bumps in the road to my goal! :) Write back soon, girl! Tell me how it's going! 2977 days ago
Are you making any progress? I'm really not... but give it a few weeks. I've been really hard headed lately so hopefully a few will come off...
Oh and i ran a 10k out of the blue without training for it. Man running really is 90% mental. I totally ran WAY faster than I ever thought I could! My roommate ran with me (and beat me) but we got 2nd and 3rd place! It was pretty exciting!
