Hi, my name is Sucatha. I'm 48 years old, happily married to the most wonderful man, and the proud mother of three amazing boys: William, 29, Justin, 25, and Stephen, 23.

I have been overweight more than half my life. As a young girl, I wasn't overweight, I even modeled for a time. It was during my pregnancies that I started putting on weight and never took it off, only adding to it.

I have tried over the years to lose weight and get fit and I've had short term success, but nothing lasting. But now, as I look at my life and where I am physically and emotionally about my body, this is my breaking point, this is my line in the sand. I have made a decision that this is where the rubber meets the road. I'm not focusing on my long term goals of getting to 135 lbs with 18% body fat. That's overwhelming. Instead, I'm going to focus on taking the every day steps, making the daily choices that will create a snowball effect and build momentum to propel me towards reaching my goals.

Lead a balanced life


My Program:
Exercise at least 10 minutes a day as my pain allows me

Eat a clean, healthy diet made up of vegetables, fruit, complex carbs, and lean protein

Drink plenty of water and detox water made of lemons, cucumber and mint

We have three amazing sons:
William, 29, is in the Air Force, stationed in Ohio

Justin, 24, is in the Marines and just got married in June

Stephen, 23, working part-time and looking for a full-time position

    Just peekin' in on you...to see how you are doing. May is almost over, have you accomplished what you set out to do this month? For me, no. I'm still learning how to not let life get in my way for a healthier me. It's a slow process, but I'm getting there.

    How are you doing? Have you reached your goal? I'm still on this roller coaster. One day I do really well, then mess it up the next. I don't have a problem with fitness, it's the food I have a hard time dealing with, I LOVE TO EAT!! Lol. Why does everything have to taste so good?????????????? Stop by my page some time, I'd love to hear from you.
