I Haven't Got Time For The Pain

Fibromyalgia/Disc dessication pain has made it hard to workout, not working out has caused more pain due to weaker muscles and extra weight. People with a whole lot more pain than I have get out there and do it. No more excuses!

Thanks for the comment on my "Shred" blog! I have a cpl. of 5 lb. weights. Maybe that will do? I can't wait to get started!

Hi! I just saw your comment on my page. Thank you for asking. My running is coming a long pretty good. I was sick last week, so I'm starting that week over again. Week 5 I think. The hardest part for me is taking it easy and not running longer or really fast. I had an injury earlier in the year from adding too many miles too fast.

Thanks so much for your wise counsel and words of encouragement on the message board and the seedling goodie!

Congratulations on getting into "ONEderland" ~ that is fantastic!
