It's body bugg time!
Hi I am Danielle, I am 34 and the heaviest I have ever been. I have always been overweight though. I lost 35 LBS 2 years ago working with a nutritionist and through some tragedy in my life and depression I gained it all back. I have been disappointed in myself for so long that I fueled more weight gain through negative self talk and overeating. I hate wearing shape wear everyday. I have lost weight before only this time it's gonna be 60 LBS and not 35. I think I am like most of you- I have a heart of gold. I love animals, I love my boyfriend. My Goals:
I want to feel comfortable in my own skin. I don't want to cringe every time I look at pics of myself. I want to be healthy. I want to change my life for good. I don't want to wear shape wear anymore-I can't stand it.
My Program:
Cardio 3-4x a week Strength Training with Slim in 6 DVDs 3x a week yoga eating 1529 cals daily 3 meals 3 snacks drinking water (8 glasses) and if I happen to do all these things in one day it will be a miracle!
Personal Information:
I am a huge fan of Bikram(hot)yoga, there is no place to practice on Guam though. Been working on home practice.
Other Information:
I am a cat lady at heart. I love animals. I love drinking tea. I read a lot and am a student. I live on the Pacific Island of Guam. I am grateful everyday for such a blessed life.
