I am a 49 yo woman....
I am a Nurse/LPN...working on my RN......Navy Brat...born in RI.. lived all over USA..Dad retired to Texas...now what we call home...altho live now in Idaho with AD DH!

Married to Newly-retired Air Force fellow...we are stationed in Mtn Home, Idaho

Have 2 grown daughters, and 1 awesome grandson named Rio.....He calls me Mammy!

Christ is my foundation...my very life...without HIM...I am lost!

I love to sing praises to God, garden, take long walks, ride bikes,photography...hmmm..this could take awhile! :)

I had an August 1st reality check...and it was not pretty! I was very active in July, but not active keeping track on what was going in my mouth. Too bad I didn't eat less, I would have lost some pounds instead of gaining. YIKES!! So, August is getting me back on track with eating and controlling my portions and keeping my activity level high like I did in July.
