Good luck with your workout at work today! I just got back from mine. I started Monday and this is day 5!! 1/2 hr on treadmill with different elevations and speeds. I go between 2.5-3.5 then spike to 4.5 for a minute 3 times during the workout. Next week I want to spike 4 times for 1 minute at 5 minute intervals...5...10...15...20. Then I will add another one the following week. We'll see how that goes! I am pretty positive about it so I hope I will keep to it. I want to run a 5 k or 1/2 marathon. 2467 days ago
