My goals would be to eat healthier and to lose weight to a normal level and enjoy doing it in the meantime!

My Program:
I am recording EVERYTHING that I eat. I am amazed at how much I was Eating and not even knowing. I am excercising about 3-4 days a week.

Good luck with your workout at work today! I just got back from mine. I started Monday and this is day 5!! 1/2 hr on treadmill with different elevations and speeds. I go between 2.5-3.5 then spike to 4.5 for a minute 3 times during the workout. Next week I want to spike 4 times for 1 minute at 5 minute intervals...5...10...15...20. Then I will add another one the following week. We'll see how that goes! I am pretty positive about it so I hope I will keep to it. I want to run a 5 k or 1/2 marathon.

Welcome to 100 Plus Club! You’ll find plenty of support and encouragement here. No question is too stupid to ask, so post away and we’ll all put in our two cents worth. Utilize all the tools SP has to offer. I find tracking my food and exercise most helpful. Good luck on your weight loss journey!
