Good question about how I get all that exercise in! Some days I'm not too sure!
I have learnt that I need to make it a priority and sometimes not do some things in order to get it in. I've gotten up earlier to get in a half hour before I get ready for work, take walks at lunch instead of sitting and chatting in the staff room, but my favourite now is exercising while watching tv so I don't feel guilty for 'just sitting' and watching, but I work out at the same time.
Also, being 'less efficient' than I used to be helps as well. For instance, instead of taking the car for errands, I walk if I can, and walk extra when I am walking a little way.
Congrats on quitting the ick sticks!! I saw your post on the Question of the Day & wanted to pop in to tell you about the "Tips & Tricks to Quit" that are posted in my blog from a yr ago (gotta go back thru some pages to find it). It was compiled by 5-6 fella Spark Quitters so has lots of good suggestions for this time of yr!
