Hey, you were talking about doing the spartacus workout, yet after continuously searching, I've found many different varieties of it, including the men's health one AND the one from interviews from the character Gannicus. Which one were you talking about?

Let me know how the machine works for you!! :) There are a few draw backs... it is NOISY! But I deal with it because I love the banana ice cream :) It's also sometimes a pain to clean - no matter how much she and her website say differently :) There are a few nooks and crannies that can be difficult to get. I admit... sometimes I Just don't care, and let some banana brown on it in those corners. haha! I'm excited for you if this is a good, clean-eating dessert option for you! So much better to put natural sugars, vitamins, and minerals in your body than processed desserts - no matter how "low fat/low cal" (in my opinion, at least...)

emoticon for the comment on my blog! I am truly working on my commitment here! I was committed to my exercise, but I know that my way of eating needs improvement and since the new year I have been doing a lot better. I am going to continue making my changes as well.
