If you google 'hubpages train like a gladiator' there's going to be a link that includes 'Billy Hicks' in the title. There isn't a video, except for an excerpt about what the guys did to train for the TV show, but it gives detailed instruction on a workout routine close to what the guys did and it looks high impact. I've been thinking about trying it out myself.
