My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to be healthy. Right now I think that entails safely losing about 95-125 lbs, eating well to bring my Choleserol and Triglyceride levels in line, and exercising to improve my cardiovascular health.
My Program:
I just began "doing Atkins," and loving it! I'm in the OWL (ongoing weight loss phase) and am cautiously optimistic that I may finally have found a way of eating that works for me.
My Wii provides the bulk of my exercise activity right now. I'm using "My Fitness Coach," and enjoying it. That doesn't mean that I won't change again next week, but I'm happy with it for now!
That's about it as far as the program goes. I'd love to converse with some of you, get your suggestions and feedback, etc!!

Well, my name is Tom, and you can see plenty about me on my home page. I'm a 46 year old hubby and daddy of 3. By day I play house-hubby and home school teacher, and by night I work in a bank call center. That's pretty much the basics.
