I'm back. AGAIN. This time, I'm doing something different. I'm doing Atkins, and I'll have to say it's different than any other weight-loss way of eating I've ever tried. I'll blog about it occasionally, feel free to follow
My ultimate goal is to be healthy. Right now I think that entails safely losing about 95-125 lbs, eating well to bring my Choleserol and Triglyceride levels in line, and exercising to improve my cardiovascular health.
I just began "doing Atkins," and loving it! I'm in the OWL (ongoing weight loss phase) and am cautiously optimistic that I may finally have found a way of eating that works for me.
My Wii provides the bulk of my exercise activity right now. I'm using "My Fitness Coach," and enjoying it. That doesn't mean that I won't change again next week, but I'm happy with it for now!
That's about it as far as the program goes. I'd love to converse with some of you, get your suggestions and feedback, etc!!
