Getting back on track.
After losing 20 lbs and maintaining for 10 years, I feel some of my healthy habits are starting to slip. Now is the time for me to get back on track and remember the healthy habits that got me where I am today.

My Goals:
I will weigh 118 lbs by march 2013. - I will weigh 120 by February 1st 2013 - I will enjoy 1 small treat a day. - I will continue my workout program nd add 1 mini workout or a walk everyday - I will use the community on sparkpeople to help me reach my goals - I will track all my food, at least 6 days a week. - I will drink my 3 bottles of water a day
My Program:
I will track my food, workout 4-5 times a week and limit my treats and indulgences.
Personal Information:
I am 30 something wife and mother of 1. I am taking a break from my career as a teacher and school administrator to raise my daughter and enjoy life in Belgium for 3 years.
