My Goals:
My main goal is overall health but I would like to be able to run a 5k someday at least, and go on longer cycling trips with my fiance.
My Program:
to meet my goals I will be attending the local gym 5 days per week and working with the owner on some exercises tailored to fit my needs. I also will be making a hefty food pantry donation by cleaning out my cupboards.

I am from Sprin Green WI, I have a loving fiance an awsome dog and a growly old cat.
