So sorry that this is so late, my computer has been down! I just wanted to post a quick welcome to The 50+ members with 100+ Pounds to lose TEAM. We're so glad to have you join us. Please jump in and have a good time getting healthy. This is an excited group of folks and really active team so you should be able to find all sorts of inspiration and motivation. Just jump right in. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. There's always someone willing to help in any way possible. Don't forget to use the food/water tracker that spark people provides as well as the fitness tracker. These are excellent resources that will help keep you on the path you've chosen.
