Hey ya! I'm Ali. I am 25 years old. I love food. Love it! Ultimate Goal- I will lose 112 pounds by June 10, 2014 by consistently eating healthy balanced meals, drinking 10 cups of water, and working out for a minimum of 20 minutes per day this ensuring that I will have a healthy, happy, and active life. To lose this weight I am going to: Focus on Consistency over Perfection Use Sparkpeople meal plan as a guide, but substitute my own food when desired and stay in calorie goals Work out, striving to do 45 minutes a day for 5 days with the minimum being 20 minutes on busy days Drink water, take my multivitamin, and make this a part of my life without taking over my life.
