My Goals:

My Program:
-Coach Nicole's January Jumpstart Challenge is helping me with strength training.
-Running on a regular basis is getting my cardio in.
-On "off" days I get some cardio when by taking the doggies on individual walks.
-Eating lots of veggies & fruits, trying to minimize carbs, and tracking everything I eat
