I'm Here to Stay

After a lifetime of being a serial dieter I've decided enough is enough! I turned three and half months ago and I'm getting married in June, needless to say the time has come to make a big lifestyle change. Oh, and I want to look and feel great at my wedding. With a combination of healthy eating and exercise I will transform my body and my mind.
