My Goals:
I'm looking to drop weight and get into my pre-marriage size and finish my first marathon in style!
My Program:
I am running 3 times a week ( 2 short runs, 1 long run) as well as strength training on my off days. I am also adding in a little yoga to help keep the joint loose and my form good.
