Aunt B You can combine spark people with your cardiac rehab plan. You will be able to monitor your sodium and cholesterol, for example. Also, track your exercise.
Be sure to be active on a few spark teams to help develop a network of buddies. You are welcome to join us on any of the teams that are linked with my signature below. They are small enough teams for people to get to know each other, but big enough that there is somebody who has time to visit a number of times a day.
I like to set very short term goals. My current goal is to lose 8# in 8 weeks. That works better for me than to say I want to lose 20. I have learned portion control by using the nutrition tracker. I have found I don't lose without exercise.
