Sweet Sweats Inspirational Guide back to Health

I been working on losing weight for the past 6 months or so. I want to lose another 15 to 20 pounds for now and continue on. I don't want to overwhelm myself if I don't lose anymore then that. I want to be healthy and happy. I want to look nice in the clothes I wear.

My Goals:
To continue exercise and learn to eat healthier.. Lose more weight 20-30 pounds if possible.. :)

My Program:
Took a nutrition class with my Husband who has pre-diabetis. Now we eat better and are trying to stay on an exercise program that works for us.

Other Information:
I enjoy family time. I like to read, socializing on the computer, walking, and having a clean house.
