Now's the time

I joined SparkPeople in April, 2009 but did not commit to being a regular member. Today I read a blog by PINKHOPE. She inspired me to get back on track. This while I was eating a Hershey's Treasure (it wasn't all that good). I am going to take a day at a time. Start tracking my food again and be very diligent about exercising. Thank you PINKHOPE!

My first step was I joined the Boot Camp which should be really fun. Second I am going to read more about nutrition and the motivational stories. This should help me stay on track and help me achieve my weight loss goal..

emoticon on your start of the new year! Be sure to add your minutes to the team goal. Go to the team page and towards the bottom is a list of team goals. Join the 20 minutes of exercise goal and add your minutes, then we can watch our team reach 10,000 minutes this month.
