As for the weigh in thing you just copy and paste each time and add or subtract thing in your next post hope that helped there - as for the times to eat if you can have something at your desk at one of the times you have to have a snack then just have it in your draw or something like have a small bag 100 - 110 cals of pretzels or carrots sticks etc just make sure it is only 100 -110 cals and no more at those times and same at night my last snack is at 7:30pm just have all your snack made up so all you can do is grab one and have it - so make them all up put in a box then you are set to go - if you need more help just ask Come on kido you can do this V 700 days ago

Some tips that have helped me is to have snacks/meals planned in advance which are healthy so I don't stray. When it comes to holiday parties.....I'm struggling as the offerings are all too tempting! Hang in there and let's
