Hi Cynthia, Hope you had a good weekend. Mine was great! Didn't do anything special, just my usual trip to the grocery store today. I have been on track for 18 days now! Unfortunately, I was off track for quite a while, and I gained back most of the 71 lbs I'd lost, but I'm going to lose it again and keep going this time. Have a healthy week! Hugs, Pixie
