Let a man (woman) keep his mind pure for what a man thinks is what he becomes. I am trying to change my thinking when it comes to food. I am challenging myself this year to a body that is healthy. I want to remove any thoughts of dieting and eat healthy which in turn will make me feel healthy.

I am starting with a goal of 30 lbs. but in reality I would like to lose 50 lbs.

I am starting my first week with maily fruits and vegetables. This is to just get me started. I will add proteins next week.

Reading is my time to decompress. I LOVE LOUISE HAYS, EARNEST HOLMES, WAYNE DYER, GARY ZUKAV and any type of spiritual reading. I use to read a lot of novels that were filled with fantasy but now I am reading a lot of literature that brings me spirtual guidance.
