It sounds like you and I have the same issue... MOTIVATION!
I think maybe a good idea would be to possibly set your exercise goal a little lower for now? Something like alternating only 3 times per week with 4 times or even 5 times... so instead of feeling deflated you might feel like you are achieveing your goal... and say on a week where you only set your goal to 3 times for that week but feel like exercising an extra day you can feel even better about yourself for going further than you set yourself up for!!! Perhaps you could just do less minutes per day at first and work up till you're feeling motivated to do more...
But I definitely know what you mean... sometimes I don't even have the motivation to do 10 minutes... I find that for myself, if I start out the day in a positive way, it carries me through. If i start out slowly, 'll be more likely to eat some empty calories and then feel too tired to exercise. Start fresh!
OR possibly find a song that you like that will help motivate you? I think I'll try that one for me... let me know if anything helps?
