A Reinvention of Me

Wow, time has passed. Now I'm 38 and mother of four. That last pregnancy was a doozy! :) I'm going to go for it again and try to lose this baby weight!

Hi and emoticon to the Calorie Cycling team... I saw your post regarding sample menus... I will see what I an find... the other thing that I will give you is a list of acceptable foods that will help you reach your goal while calorie cycling.
