My Goals:
My goal is to get healthy, both physically and mentally.

My Program:
MOVE!!!!! Continue to eat correctly and MOVE!! That's my plan.

Personal Information:
I was born in Georgia. Lived there until 12, moved to a really small (not even a red light) town in northern Tennessee. When I was 15, we moved to Arlington, TX. That became home. All my kids are still there. We have moved out into the country a little so that we can have land for the grandkids and all their toys. Bikes, motorbikes, trampoline, etc.

Other Information:
I love to read. Currently I am reading a book by Bruce Wilkinson, The Dream Giver. Very small book filled with so much information that I have to only read a small part at a time, digest that and go back. The Shack was another of my favorites - couldn't put that one down.

Hi Cyndi,

I am preparing for getting the gastric sleeve surgery in September. I was wondering if you could share some information. It certainly looks like yours went very well. Are you able to eat most anything or have you found the surgery restrictive as far as gluten and sweets go? Also, I was wondering about the after surgery pain. I have never had any surgery done, so I sort of don't know what to expect. I don't think anything could deter my decision. I believe with all my heart this is the right thing for me to do. But I have to admit that I'm a bit scared.
Thanks for any information and/or opinions that you have since you have been through it.

I know I can, I know I can...I think I remember something like that in a kid's book to encourage to keep trying. I'm thinking I can...
