Creating Lifestyle Changes

My husband and I have both struggled with health issues over the past 8 years of our marriage. I have had two back surgeries, I have nerve damage in my left leg which limits my activity from time to time, and I now have issues with processing certain carbohydrates. I'm not on a low carb/low sugar plan and working on clean eating on top of that.

I'm 34. I live in Richardson, TX with my husband and our four furbabies. I've recently had a lot of health problems. I'm trying to get my body back to "normal" at this point so that I can start exercising on a more regular basis. The hubby is very supportive.

Other Information:
I love to read. I LOVE to cook. I love to go out when I get the chance, but I enjoy staying at home relaxing.
