Hello! My name is Cyndi. I'm approaching my 47th birthday! I have been a member of SPARKPEOPLE since 2008 and love it!
I have been maintaining my weight (although losing 5-7lbs more would be ideal) by walking daily, running on my treadmill 3-4 mornings a week and journaling my food here on Spark People. Spark People has been such a God Send for me to keep me accountable for how I treat my body daily!
So far, I have managed to hit 2,000 fitness minutes each month this year!!

I have been participating in 2-3 charity 5Ks each month and hope to continue through the winter months.
The company I work for offers Fitness classes with an onsight trainer every Tuesday and Thursday. I signed up this week for a Fit For Christmas Challenge that will run the next 8 weeks - which incorporates all the things I'm currently doing :)

My Goals:
-Achieve a goal weight of 135-140lbs.
-Minimum 60 min. cardio 4x's/week
-Weight train Minimum 3x's/week
-Increase runs to 4-5 miles vs. 3miles
-Maintain 80-100 ozs. water/day


My Program:
I mix up my workouts with either walking or running. I add some weight lifting (mild w/bowflex for toning). I track DAILY what I eat...and incorporate as many fruit and vegetables as I can. I love Almonds as a snack...and smoothies made with skim milk, fat free vanilla yogurt and a either fresh strawberries or a half a banana. YUM!!!!

I don't know if this will help you when it comes to using flavored creamer, but I thought I'd share it anyway. You can add dry milk and sugar free syrups (the kind you put in your coffee, DaVinci or Torani brands). The dry milk will add more calories than the creamer, but they're not empty calories, at least.

This was my problem for quite a while, until this past year when I finally started drinking my coffee black. Now I can really say that I like coffee. Before it was more like: "I like a little coffee with my creamer!
