Hello thank you for visiting my page. I'm 24 years old and a journey to healthier living. I was tired of constantly snacking, not knowing how much i was actually eating while gaining weight quickly. I'd like to consider last year my testing phase where I was just figuring out what worked for me. This year is the year that I really start reaching my goals.
